My saved Audi TT thanks to A for Audi

After what seemed to be a never ending nightmare situation with my beloved Audi TT that had been in another garage sitting unrepaired for over 6 weeks, A for Audi stepped in and put everything they possibly could have into saving my car AND my bank balance and I could not believe it when they had my car returned to me fully working within 48 hours of them starting the job!

Here's hoping my TT won't have to see much of a garage again in the near future but if it does, it will definitely be A for Audi that it goes to!

Big thank you to all for the speedy radiator repair last week.

The Customer Experience is Everything. During my annual Scottish holiday I had the fortune of my radiator completely failing within half a mile of B4BMW. I was due to return to London within 48hours. Andy was cognisant of this and immediately organised his courteous staff to investigate. Within two hours they called to inform me of their diagnosis and the costs. I authorised the work. 

Early next morning they called with an update of estimated time of completion and to report the front exhaust studs were rotten but they could make new ones without delay. This explained the change to the exhaust note after driving through some flood water the previous day. The car was repaired, tested and returned within 24hrs.

Would I recommend their excellent service and value - Yes. If I lived in Scotland would I have Andy’s team looked after my two 5 Series- Yes Would I buy an Audi- No... only kidding but you can’t better a rear drive car. 

Singers may be gone and the ship building in decline but A4AUDI and B4BMW continue Clydebank’s tradition of superior engineering.

Just a note to say thankyou to you and your wonderful staff for all your support and help in getting our car fixed and us on our way home (back in Surrey) If you were not 480 miles away from us you would be our No1 garage. Our Audi A3 was showing a dashboard warning light and it was booked in to Audi Braehead for a fault diagnosis. I was told that two parts required replacing at a total fitted cost of £425. I was then charged £39.99 for the fault diagnosis. I decided to seek a second opinion and booked the car in at a4Audi. When they inspected the car they decided that only one of the parts was really required and charged me a total of £103. They even collected and returned to car to Glasgow city centre, A great, friendly, value for money service that I would be happy to recommend to anyone.
