Hello all at A4Audi,
Here is my attempt at putting together a testimonial to convey my gratitude to the whole A for Audi team at Clydebank. After giving my A8 to a local garage to do some maintenance, the car was in a worse condition when it came back out. Among other things, I had the gearbox oil changed and the timing belt replaced. On the road test, the car had no power under load and was making weird noises. The local mechanic who worked on the car said that 'maybe there was a fault with the car when he got it in'. However, after phoning A4Audi, and telling the story, they booked the car in that day and found that the timing belt was badly fitted and that the noise was coming from this. A4Audi had my car back in tip top condition within 24 hours and at a price compatible with my local garage. I can't thank the A4Audi team enough, they took me from tears to smiles in one day. I will now be counted as one more satisfied customer who will return time and again.
