Just a quick note to say thanks for the service I received when my Passat was in for the cambelt change. The pick up and delivery service is excellent. Very happy with the customer care I received. Nothing is to much hassle for you and your team.

I've received my TT back from A4 Audi in Glasgow after having some major repair works carried out including replacement turbo-charger, gearbox, brake-servo, clutch, oil pump and other smaller bits and pieces.
The standard of service was first class with A for Audi offering sensible and friendly advice. Given the extensive work done, which involved removing the engine, I was charged significantly less in comparison to an Audi dealer whilst saved from having to re-mortgage!
I'll be using A4 again and would highly recommended them.

Dear all at A for Audi in Glasgow,
We are writing to thank you for all the hard work, effort and knowledge that went into reviving the gearbox, air suspension, brakes, tyres, boot light and lambda sensors on 'Alice', my wife's 2.7 Biturbo Allroad. Having had the car languishing in another garage for almost a month without resolution of the gearbox problem it was refreshing to have all the faults diagnosed and fixed so quickly. Genuinely I have never been so happy in dealing with a garage before, and despite paying a sizeable amount for repairs, I believe that you delivered true value for the service provided. I felt throughout that we were kept well informed of the car's progress, problems and costings and treated very well as customers. The allroad now drives like a brand new car and will hopefully give us many more trouble free miles. We have already recommended you to several friends and are looking forward to visiting you again for the ECU remap!

I unfortunately suffered a worst case scenario when the water pump bearing failed on my 3.0 V6 A4, allowing the timing belt to slip and the pistons to say “hello” to 30 valves! Andy at A4Audi in Glasgow took delivery of my car and set to work stripping it down to examine and quote on what was needed to restore the engine.
Despite the huge amount of repair work required, the quotation was considerably less than the local Audi Main Dealer, and so Andy and his team prepared to return my car to its former self.

Hello all at A4Audi,
Here is my attempt at putting together a testimonial to convey my gratitude to the whole A for Audi team at Clydebank. After giving my A8 to a local garage to do some maintenance, the car was in a worse condition when it came back out. Among other things, I had the gearbox oil changed and the timing belt replaced. On the road test, the car had no power under load and was making weird noises. The local mechanic who worked on the car said that 'maybe there was a fault with the car when he got it in'. However, after phoning A4Audi, and telling the story, they booked the car in that day and found that the timing belt was badly fitted and that the noise was coming from this. A4Audi had my car back in tip top condition within 24 hours and at a price compatible with my local garage. I can't thank the A4Audi team enough, they took me from tears to smiles in one day. I will now be counted as one more satisfied customer who will return time and again.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you to A for Audi in Glasgow for the excellent service I received last week. My car was picked up and returned promptly and I was particularly impressed that you took the time to post me the touch up paint that was out of stock. This was a nice touch and demonstrated your obvious commitment to customer service. I will certainly be back for the next service of my Audi.

Audi A6 2.5 Tdi
I've been to see A for Audi in Glasgow a few times now for various jobs (new timing belt, new turbo, new c.v joint, new clutch, new engine mounts etc). Every time I have been, all the work has been completed to the highest possible standard, and has also been completed far sooner than I anticipated.
An added bonus is the price I have paid for the work. All the work detailed above and a lot more, has cost me less than the Audi 'stealership' wanted for the turbo and clutch alone. Considering A for Audi in Glasgow uses only genuine parts (no generic pattern parts) which means it even protects your warranty, makes the price even more astonishing.
Couple all this with the fact that the service received from A for Audi in Glasgow is top notch, you couldn't ask for any more.
Trust me on this one, do NOT think about taking your car anywhere else. Take your car straight to A for Audi in Glasgow and I guarantee you will not be dissapointed. I know I'll be back in a couple of months to get an Audi remap done.

Just a quick note to thank you for the work you recently completed on my A6 2.5 tdi. My car had a gearbox fault that 3 other garages didn't want to get involved in; one claimed to be an Audi Specialist. You did a good service on the gearbox and saved me £2,000 on having to replace it, and it drives like a different car. You also diagnosed a fault on the air con system others had missed, and improved my fuel economy by a good 10%. Really pleased with the work, and thanks very much for delivering the car back to my home at no extra charge. If I have any more problems, I'll be coming back to you. Great to find a team who know what they're doing and aren't just guessing. Thanks again.
