I had a problem with my window wipers in my A3, they cut out about 5 minutes driving time. The problem was so bad i couldnt drive in the rain. I called A 4 Audi and they picked up the car about 2 days later. When the guys worked on the car they couldnt find the problem. It turned out it was something they had never come accross before but they assured me they would get to the bottom of it and they did. The car was in the garage for about a week and every night Andy would call me and let me know how they were getting on, which i thought was great customer service. The wipers are now working fine and i would recommend A 4 Audi to anyone.
