Firstly I can't believe the difference that it has made to the van, sitting on the motorway, I usually had to put it into 3rd gear to get up a hill or overtake. Now it will comfortably and with no effort do this in 5th gear, by just putting the pedal to the floor. Due to this I have better fuel consumption and the wife also finds it easier to drive (this is a long wheelbase converted campervan).
Secondly as well as doing the remapping, A for Audi in Glasgow also suggested renewing the airflow monitor (I think thats what its called) which I purchased and they fitted at no additional cost.
Lastly I can't praise the staff and the service highly enough. It is the cleanest workshop I've ever seen. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and when you do finally get the coffee that they offered - it is worth the wait. If you are thinking about it do it with these guys.
