I felt I had to write something after the service I received from Andy at a4audi. I’ve had my a4 for 3 years and for 2 of those had taken my car to Glasgow Audi on 13 occasions for a running fault which caused the car to lose power completely. 2 years later and after being out of warranty and spending £2000(oh £96 per hour labour) and many wasted days my car still had the same problems which Audi said they could not guarantee would be fixed but wanted another £1500 to try to fix it again.
I know this sound like a joke but unfortunately true. I was going to sell it as I couldn’t find an Audi independent specialist but decided one last time to google "audi specialist Glasgow" a4audi popped up. After one phone call Andy had arranged to see the car within one week (even though he was changing premises) as he knew the hassle I had went through. One quick test drive and a browse at the engine the problem was diagnosed. Andy gave me the price, brought the car in and fixed that day to the car it always should have been.
I've saved £1000 and probably another £25000 on not buying a new car for the next 2 years. Genuinely I have never bothered writing a testimonial in my life but if u own an Audi or vw (maybe Skoda, ask him) take it there even under warranty as it’s all Audi parts. If u don’t then don’t start crying like me when the franchised dealers rip you off.
