Dear A for Audi Team in Glasgow,
This thanks is long overdue, I have been bringing my A4 to you since you moved to Clydebank and more recently my A3, totally 4 services a year, high mileage! You've put my cars back together again after visits to rogue garages, it is amazing how much work your guys can carry out in one day! I've always found your charges to be very competitive and your garage always manages to do that wee bit extra and nothing is ever too much trouble, making me want to bring my cars back, and as for the coffee, brill!
I'll certainly keep recommending you to my friends.

Thanks very much for the service you gave to us recently when my wife's Audi TT had a major engine problem. The car is now running like a dream! Great service and value! We are absolutely delighted with the customer care we received.

Hi A for Audi - Just a quick email of thanks to you and Barry for the work you carried out on my car today - I appreciate it very much and will gladly return for future servicing to be carried out by your company. Ironically, I was driving home reflecting on my satisfaction with all the recent work you had carried out and how well the car was going when, no sooner had the thought been in my mind, a female smashed into the back of my car while I was static at traffic lights! Lucky white heather!!! No one hurt so all will be well after some bodyshop repair work.

"We put our car into A for Audi in Glasgow for a long life service and to find the fault with our aircon. From start to finish the service was professional, quick and considerably lighter on the pocket than going to a main Audi dealer. Andrew and his staff took care of both myself and our young dog who took an instant liking to them (which was new!).
All in all, fantastic service which i won't hesitate to recommend to anyone else. Cheers!"

"I had a niggling problem with my A6, namely a water leak (which turned out to be a common A6 problem that Audi at Hillington wouldn't tell me about unless I paid them to "investigate"). Diagnosed and rectified superbly by A4Audi. Its a nice breath of fresh air to find someone in this day and age who combines excellent work with a priority on customer satisfaction".

I felt I had to write something after the service I received from Andy at a4audi. I’ve had my a4 for 3 years and for 2 of those had taken my car to Glasgow Audi on 13 occasions for a running fault which caused the car to lose power completely. 2 years later and after being out of warranty and spending £2000(oh £96 per hour labour) and many wasted days my car still had the same problems which Audi said they could not guarantee would be fixed but wanted another £1500 to try to fix it again.

Just had my A4 serviced by Andy (ex Audi tech) at "A for Audi." (Glasgow area)
Great price and there's a pick up and delivery service. Had a rear wheel bearing done as well and was told it would need 4 way track check/adjusted at a cost of £40. When car was dropped off he told me they put it on the machine and found everything within man. spec so no £40 charge, top notch. - Marty |
