Hello all at A4Audi,
Here is my attempt at putting together a testimonial to convey my gratitude to the whole A for Audi team at Clydebank. After giving my A8 to a local garage to do some maintenance, the car was in a worse condition when it came back out. Among other things, I had the gearbox oil changed and the timing belt replaced. On the road test, the car had no power under load and was making weird noises. The local mechanic who worked on the car said that 'maybe there was a fault with the car when he got it in'. However, after phoning A4Audi, and telling the story, they booked the car in that day and found that the timing belt was badly fitted and that the noise was coming from this. A4Audi had my car back in tip top condition within 24 hours and at a price compatible with my local garage. I can't thank the A4Audi team enough, they took me from tears to smiles in one day. I will now be counted as one more satisfied customer who will return time and again.

You remapped our Yellow Audi A3 on Friday and what a fab job, my partner Frankie and I are most impressed with the new performance, speed and ecomony of the car. No turbo lag now and the extra performance is so noticable, thank you. We will be pleased to recommend your company to friends and family.

Dear A for Audi Team in Glasgow,
This thanks is long overdue, I have been bringing my A4 to you since you moved to Clydebank and more recently my A3, totally 4 services a year, high mileage! You've put my cars back together again after visits to rogue garages, it is amazing how much work your guys can carry out in one day! I've always found your charges to be very competitive and your garage always manages to do that wee bit extra and nothing is ever too much trouble, making me want to bring my cars back, and as for the coffee, brill!
I'll certainly keep recommending you to my friends.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you to A for Audi in Glasgow for the excellent service I received last week. My car was picked up and returned promptly and I was particularly impressed that you took the time to post me the touch up paint that was out of stock. This was a nice touch and demonstrated your obvious commitment to customer service. I will certainly be back for the next service of my Audi.

Thanks very much for the service you gave to us recently when my wife's Audi TT had a major engine problem. The car is now running like a dream! Great service and value! We are absolutely delighted with the customer care we received.

Firstly I can't believe the difference that it has made to the van, sitting on the motorway, I usually had to put it into 3rd gear to get up a hill or overtake. Now it will comfortably and with no effort do this in 5th gear, by just putting the pedal to the floor. Due to this I have better fuel consumption and the wife also finds it easier to drive (this is a long wheelbase converted campervan).

Hi A for Audi - Just a quick email of thanks to you and Barry for the work you carried out on my car today - I appreciate it very much and will gladly return for future servicing to be carried out by your company. Ironically, I was driving home reflecting on my satisfaction with all the recent work you had carried out and how well the car was going when, no sooner had the thought been in my mind, a female smashed into the back of my car while I was static at traffic lights! Lucky white heather!!! No one hurt so all will be well after some bodyshop repair work.

A for Audi in Glasgow, just wanted to say a big thank you for all the work you did on our Allroad - fixing an awkwardly intermittent engine fault and a particluarly thorny air suspension problem. Thanks also for going out of your way to keep us on the road throughout the process. Really great service. Thanks again.

I took my 1.8T 225 brake audi TT into A for Audi in Glasgow hoping that a remap would put an edge on the acceleration, mpg and the top speed. It did in a big way the car went from 225 brake - 278 brake approx. As for the mpg and the mph these were also improved but only marginally. The main improvements were the torque and the horse power developed by the remap.
I would recommend A for audi to anyone as the workmanship and the professionalism of the entire staff is second to none, they offered a great service and were very helpfull and polite as well. The prices of their sevices are alot cheaper than anywhere else around too.

Hi to A for Audi. I must say thanks a lot, you have put a major smile on my face with the re-map. The car has totally changed, overtaking is not a problem now the sheer acceleration is unbelievable and I will recommend anyone to use your services.
